My Dream Companion Guys

What is an AI boyfriend on My Dream Companion?

Curious about what it means to have an AI boyfriend on My Dream Companion? Here, users can interact with fictional adult characters designed either by the platform’s team or by other community members. These AI boyfriends are virtual companions, each with unique personalities, looks, and conversation styles. All characters are strictly adults, as the creation tools only allow ages from 18 to 100.

People use AI boyfriends for various reasons: some seek engaging conversation, others enjoy exploring different personalities, and some may be interested in the creative side of designing their own ideal companion. The experience is tailored, with long-term memory that enables the AI to remember your preferences and past chats. Whether you prefer realistic or anime styles, the catalogue offers thousands of adult companions to explore, with the option to filter and sort by gender, style, and popularity.

Finding your type

Archetypes play a central role in shaping conversations with AI companions. Each character—whether designed by the official team or other users—features a unique combination of traits, backstory and personality. This diversity lets users filter the catalogue by gender, visual style, and tags, helping to quickly identify companions that match their interests. For those with a specific vision, the character creator allows in-depth customisation, including personality and scenario, ensuring the AI's responses reflect chosen archetypes from the start.

Long-term memory means these personalities can develop over repeated chats, with the AI adapting to preferences and maintaining context. While there are thousands of companions to explore, not every archetype may be equally represented, as the selection depends on community contributions and moderation. Users interested in publishing their own characters can also join the Top Creators page, where community favourites are highlighted and Dream Coin tips can be earned.

Hearing His Voice

Some characters in the guys catalogue offer more than just text chat—voice features are available for those wanting a different kind of interaction. For example, you can listen to a character’s voice messages or even have a live voice call. These options are not included for free; they require spending Dream Coins, the platform’s virtual currency.

The experience varies depending on the character: some have unique, custom voices chosen by their creators. Users selecting a companion can check if voice features are enabled before starting a chat. While browsing, you will also see profile pictures, which are generated to match the character’s appearance and stay consistent across all in-chat images. If you wish to try voice calls, keep in mind that Dream Coins are needed, and availability may differ between characters.

Create Your Own Unique Companion

Building a character allows users to shape every detail, from appearance to personality. The character creator includes options for gender, age (18 to 100), ethnicity, eye and hair colour, hair style, body type, and voice. You can choose between Realistic or Anime visual styles, and add a custom personality, scenario, and greeting. Free accounts are limited to one custom character, while paid subscriptions can unlock more slots. Once finished, characters can be kept private or published to the wider community, with moderation checks for published entries. This hands-on process means you can design a companion that fits your preferences, with the AI remembering your chats and preferences over time.
